The locals median income on Oahu is give or take $94,000 as of 2022. The median SFM is $750,000; however, due to bidding wars price goes up. As far as I’ve seen the show prices homes at 1.0 mil or more.
As for the renovations, teamwork, blessing of homes I do give the show 5 stars
