Beautiful, sincere, sweet & innocent love story. The romantic chemistry between the leads is tangible. Absolutely loved this coming of age depiction, couldn't help but fall in love with it.

Bland, tedious. Gil Birmingham was about the best thing. Not sure it's worth enduring.

Great whimsical flight of fantasy, a little too on the nose in parts

Don't care for this adaptation. Dialogue, chemistry and general tone is off. Not like the book or the movie, both were way better. The top notch actors can't save this either.

The concept is original and hints at potential, but never quite lives up to it. Despite being well cast and edgy, the momentum gets lost with each subsequent episode. It feels a little chaotic at times, not quite as cohesive and slick as it should have been. Did not finish series.

Interesting concept, underwhelming result. Really wanted this to be better than it was.
