I'm pretty sure this is fake. First, some actors are in ALOT of episodes yet when John reveals that they were WWYD, the people who were on the show knew a lot about the show. In almost every episode they know what the show is and it's not THAT popular. If they knew and watched the show, they would have seen a lot of the actors in other WWYD videos. And filming people when they don't know. Seems like a perfect way for Karen to make a lawsuit.
