I kept watching, hoping for some magic to happen, but I gave up and switched it off. It was tedious and contrived. What comes to mind are the old porno movies where they added a contrived storyline and awful dialogue in between sex scenes to make it seem like a real movie and not just a vehicle for lurid sex.
