At first I was hooked with the book but towards the middle it felt like it fell apart. Why would the court system allow Sarah to be the lawyer? The trial didn’t even go in depth which could have been a huge part. It was totally rushed when in reality trials like that are very drawn out and have a lot of evidence to go through. Lots of holes in the story that didn’t make sense like the reviews below are saying. I loved the idea of someone having to defend such a personal case with lots of emotions tied behind it but the author just missed the mark.
