It’s MEH. Despite having a lot of great actors. The script is weak. This reminds me as to why so many movies are tanking. First, there’s no proper character build up. Second, there is no proper transition from the protagonist’s realisation to create an “army”. On top of that, people just join her cause without any push back… there’s no true challenge for her to persuade anyone to do anything. And the characters are all strangers to each other, there’s no bond between them to do anything. But I’ll stop spoiling it. But overall, it feels like there is no growth in the protagonist’s character, everything comes too easily and fast for her. Besides beautiful visual effects, the overall plot of this film is very basic. Next time Netflix, focus less on the marketing and more on the actual quality in writing the actual film itself. Also, there are too many unnecessary slow motion scenes and the actress playing the protagonist has subpar acting.
