Yodha is kind of a refreshing take on the action spy-thriller genre. With a lot of movies set on the same premise of Indo-Pak conflict, Yodha does some things differently.
Let's come to the Pros. The action in this film is really amazing, and it stands out; specially the opening combat sequence and the one in the flight's passenger area. The makers did a really great job in the action choreography, Kudos to that!! Secondly, the villains... without spoiling too much, I can say that there are multiple villains in the film and all of them packs a punch, and their character range is completely opposing and you will always keep on guessing about who's the real/better villain. Thirdly, the unpredictable plot twists and an unique storyline... the story has its beats in the plot twists and you'll keep on guessing about what will happen next, and I assure, you will fail in that regard, because the story keeps on throwing wild twists at you!!
Coming to the Cons, the story is a bit fast-paced and cramps a lot of stuff in it, and sometimes it feels baffling and at times it gets overwhelming; and this affects the emotional portions of the story, as you'll hardly get affected by them. Specially the ending could have been better and is a bit of disappointing to see how it ends.
To conclude, Yodha is an awesome theatrical watch and is an entertainer with its well-choreographed action sequences and plot twists!!
