It is a great and better understanding of Christian music knowing the ones that I do on a personal level does help me have a better insight but also growing up during a good chunk of this and being part of it in a way that I didn't think I was but then also my husband who was with one of the bands for quite some time having him watching it and have an understanding too was a great thing I recommend this for any youth groups and Christian music lovers
