For a budget of $35000 this flic, gives any Nightmare on Elm street, Friday the 13th, or halloween, a tremendous run for their money! The clown was the freakiest on screen villain I've ever seen, and the actor did an amazing job. I heard there is a part 2 and I. Gonna find it. This is exactly what I was looking for when went on tubi to fond something different! Tubi is full of lil surprising gems like this!!!
