Don’t bother! First 17 pages describing a main character’s career which was so boring I was skipping huge chunks that were simply a waste of time and of no use to the story. Then when finally something happened and the main character drove off a cliff, I thought at last! Yet it was so underwhelming and was over with in a couple of pages! Sex happened shortly after twice. You would expect that to be of interest considering the circumstances but with no believable build up, emotion or excitement it was again underwhelming, and over with in a sentence or two. Again areas that could have been of interest, had me invested in the story failed. Lazy writing. I felt like a school child was writing it. I gave up a third into the book once I finally looked at reviews and realised it wasn’t just me disappointed by this book so decided to give up.
