Customer support is incompetent. One day I have a confirmed order and then 2 weeks later when I checked they said it was cancelled and a refund issued. No notice of this action was ever provided!! I tried to get the order reinstated and the said it was sent to shipping for processing on 10/07. Asked for another status on 10/10 and was told the order was cancelled It seems no one there has a clue and they have lost me as a customer!!!
