This film truly shows the mental health crisis and how those around them often have no idea of what to do. I have been on both sides of the coin on this issue. My dad committed suicide when I was a kid then I attempted it when I was 51. This was very real. Even though I swore I would never attempt suicide again since it was such a horrible experience in the mental health facility, I did threatened to kill myself several times in the next 3 years. I was on antidepressants but it wasn't enough, especially because I was in a toxic relationship and I drank frequently to suppress my feelings. I finally got out of the relationship and am living a more healthy life. I hope this movie can help some people. I think it was very well done.
