Worst experience I have ever had. One of the movers was wonderful while the other took a 30 min break to make a phone call. This would not have upset me however I was paying by the hour. But this was not the worst they took on over $200 of fees! They charged $124 for wrapping up two dresser and a tv. First, I was never told there would be a packing fee and I never agreed to pay this. Next they charges me $91 for fuel. The trip was less than 30 min long. I asked for my contact to be sent to me several times and a receipt and it was never sent. We called and gave them my husbands email and they have not email him yet. When I called customer service he was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will definitely be calling the Better Business Bureau as well as any other place possible considering they are refusing to give us a receipt or a contract.
