I know this is supposed to be based on a true story but it watches like some 12 year old's wish fulfillment, victim to saviour Wattpad story and it's so disorienting.

Honestly despite what people might say about Twilight I actually really enjoyed the first and second movies (everything after that point isn't cannon, just bad weird fanfic). The first movie just had such an unexplainable nice feel to it, dabbled in some of my favourite - genres? -- It was indie, set in a small town, rural Washington, lots of forestry, and I really liked the green lense used throughout the film. Cinematography was amongst the best i've ever seen, soundtrack was also amongst the best I've ever listened to. Plot and characters were kinda sucky but Bella's friends were pretty cool, I liked seeing the wolves sfx in the second movie. Solid 4, don't watch if plot and characters are important to you. Judge honestly, just because you can jump onto the hate bandwagon doesn't mean you should.
