I believe this is one of the most interesting accounts of how things happen in the lawless area of Mexico just a hundred and fifty miles south of Arizona. This first hand memoir of a harrowing visit by a writer in Tucson heading smack dab into cartel country where people disappear daily can be a real eye opener even for those who know it has existed in one form or the other for over a hundred years and more. Incredibly large growing ranches have supplied the natural poppy for heroin and a brown type of Mexican cocaine, in addition to all the basic weed exported North into the states as pure drug contraband. Property ownership consists of wealthy landowners even including generations of past American Mormons who are said to still have American status and citizenships. Really interesting stuff. Read It, I think you will enjoy it! Be ready to see the middle finger reaction from God!
