Robert Lofgren

They tried really hard. Unfortunately, I can't rate a show wherein a character audibly says "That hurt!" after being injured in a fight higher than 2/5. Overall, it tries too hard to be a comedy. The humor of the games was in the juxtaposition between the hopefulness of the pre-bomb society and the gritty post-apocalyptic present. The humor was visible to us through contact with relics from the era before, but it wasn't retained and carried forward by the characters that lived through the bombs or were born into a horrible reality. Too goofy.

Nathan Fielder is an artist of the highest order. I cannot recommend this show enough. Nothing I could say here would do the show justice. Just watch it.
