Appearing like psychological horror, Mononoke was a big therapy session. The anime does an amazing job of unraveling psychology of one's life-long regret. Japanese folklore came to life with animated classic Japanese art. From chaotic yet organized visuals to its relatable and detailed storyline of Japanese society (and perhaps the rest of), Mononoke is easily a 10/10.
