I have been reading through this cookbook and have found many errors. I do not profess to be a chef but I do know how to read. For example, your recipe for Taco Spaghetti Casserole on pages 58-60 contains several grammatical errors. The recipe itself lists the ingredients needed but does not use all of them. For instance, the casserole calls for skim milk, low sodium chicken broth, all purpose flour, and extra-virgin olive oil. None of these ingredients were used in the procedure steps. Thankfully I had enough cooking knowledge to know how to make the gravy for the casserole. Also the amounts of the ingredients were inaccurate. Please retain an editor with higher standards.
