Paint by numbers alien invasion flick. I can imagine the meeting where some studio execs said, hey, A Quiet Place and Birdbox were smash hit money makers, what if we paid some hack writers to copy that formula… and so Elevation was born. I have to assume all of the positive reviews on here were seeded by a marketing team for the movie. Not because I’m smart, but because no one smart enough to write how they’re written could possibly like this lazy, derivative movie. Yes, I’m speaking to you. Anthony (bot) Thomas.
