Just beautiful, inspiring and utterly heartwarming!!

Despite loving a good brit crime I just couldn't connect, felt constantly confused and eventually only finished this convoluted series in the hopes it wouldn't be so boring and maybe even make sense.

Just giving one star to be able to write that I suffered thru a few episodes but couldn't get passed the god awful dialogue plus horrible choice of make up, in particular the extreme eyebrows on the cop father, it completely muted me to whatever storyline there might have been besides the ridiculous aggressive tone, yet shallow and very bad acting. Don't waste your time.

Amazing series, well done, high time that the truth about the reality and effects of incest are talked about in a knowledgable way. Great way to do so in this excellent drama series!! Thank you!

Interesting and engaging, loved being reminded of travelling in stunning Scotland/Edinburgh. Found the multiple endings at the end of the last episode very cliche though and kind of a let down at the very end. Yes he can't get past his childhood trauma and therefore can't commit to a person he loves and on and on goes with the repetition of all the many relationships or experiences he won't have other than saving his clients who may or may not pay him ... until then I enjoyed the series very much, it would have been so nice to have a good ending for the main character, even if it's unrealistic.

Sadly, have to agree, it's not great! If Shetland hadn't been such an amazing series and Douglas Henshall as the lead in that series hadn't been such a great actor I would have quit during the first episode! What's with the extremely aggressive yelling at his teenage kids and niece??! Very unsympathetic character in this series, overly ill tempered dramatic, also found the tone and behaviour of the detective in the neighbouring town in episode 4 rather disrespectful especially since the main character is a deaf person. The ending is a bit too vague in comparison to the extremely detailed story line but it's good enough to me.Obviously all those great actors couldn't safe that lousy script, too bad!

The documentary 'The Elephant Whisperers' is beyond beautiful! I experienced this documentary as heartwarming and heartbreaking all at once. It's so wonderful and such a privilege to witness how the *elephant whisperers* bestow their love and care on the elephant babies and how they live in their wilderness forest. It makes me wonder how we can get the machine, AI and money loving people to realize that loving a child, whether it's an animal or a human baby and treating it's environment with utmost and life sustaining respect is really all we have and all we need to do: to be in awe of life and treat nature as the divine gift it really is!! I will watch this over and over again, so, so very beautiful!!

Good reminder, historically speaking, of the complexities of the Cold War era. Thought that part was well done in the first episodes, just so too bad that the storyline seems unlikely and very unrealistic and the last two episodes are such a boring, repetitious let down, took the 'joy' out of watching this series. Was super disappointed to find out how much of this is fiction represented as historical facts! What a waste of time and funding that could have gone into a decent spy series.

Loved this series!! Really appreciated the way current and very important topics, such as cyber privacy, AI functionality and the environment crisis as well as violence against women were addressed. I also loved the northern European high-end architecture and interior designs of the 'hotel', located in snow covered Icelandic isolation in contrast with the desertlike environments and run-down motels of the American south. Important themes, great acting, yeah Emma Corrin, Clive Owen! and intriguing visuals, what more could you want. Awesome job, Brit and Zal!! A Murder at the End of the World is fabulously intelligent and exciting!
