If I could give them a 0 star I would. As a new customer any service should go above and beyond to show they want customers. Not frontier…. My appointment was from1-5. Tech was a no show. I reached out through chat and was told that the appointment was moved since the tech did not have any ports. Which was a lie. After going through hoops to get a customer service rep I was told sorry but we sent texts and emails with updates that no techs were available for my appointment since there was so many call outs. Mind u only thing I received was a confirmation text at 8 am for my appointment. The rep offered a free month as if that was okay I wanted service if I wanted a free month I would wait a month without service. At this point I still have free service. After asking for a supervisor I was told I have to wait 1-2 days. So at this point get service through any one but frontier they could careless about customers
