Is a good adaptation. Not perfect, and some of the young actors are clearly still tuning their craft. But it’s good! While I’ve heard some well thought out criticisms of the show I think a lot of people are being negative for clicks and are being contrarian about it. Saying it’s terrible for the sake of being “different” and getting clicks is annoying. It’s no Stranger Things but it’s a beautifully crafted show and the emotional connection between the characters and their story is there! Just watch it and have a good time.
