Dubbed in English = mouth doesn't match what's spoken. If this doesn't bother you proceed with caution, because subpar cgi and even worse acting will do the trick. It has the foundations for a decent movie which makes it more frustrating. It has town mayor you love to hate, the reluctant protagonist and hero cop/romantic interest that never goes anywhere. In the end it's not at the bottom of shark movies like a certain series (terrible cgi, b-list actors you know) but it's nowhere near a Jaws killer.
