This is quite possibly my favorite sci fi book I have ever read. I say that as someone who has read every book in the Dune series. Time travel has the potential to make for some of the best sci fi, the implications and paradoxes. I think Robert silverbergs Up the Line is another great underrated sci fi work owing to its in depth plunge into the various problems and paradoxes that arise from it. This book (or rather books) is great because it delves more into the ethics of manipulating time, something that is often overlooked. The writing itself is solid, and you’ll find yourself flying through this. Highly recommend
