Racism has been a major problem in our countries history, but 13th fails to account for all the positive change which has taken place since the Civil War, especially in the last 50 years. It makes it seem that Reagan, Bush and all law enforcers are somehow racist for simply upholding the law and trying to fight the spread of drugs. Overall the documentary was very biased to the left, and though it had elements of truth they were blown out of proportion.
