This is a very well written book, well done Nechama! The writing style is quite amazing and poetic. The style of capturing the details and paralleling two different timelines, is quite skillful and intriguing. Beautifully put together in an easy to read writing style. I also enjoyed the quotes from the Tehillim, so resounding and empowering! It is an appropriate and quite empowering even for the younger readers. Yashar koyach!!! Thank you most of all to the Redhead, Mrs. Rosie Rachel Heilbrun, who is a source of inspiration to all of us young women, and men. You are a living testimony to the good that will prevail, B’ezrat H-Shem! It is amazing how after all the darkness and abuse you endured, you were able to see the light of life, immediately, by noticing the new flowers that grew over the bunker. Additionally, it is mind blowing how giving and caring you are, that at the first opportunity you volunteer to help the elderly at the nursing home, and the young survivors at at your new home. May H-Shem continue to shower all your future generations with safety, good health, and Siyata Dishmaya to continue to grow and build generations of greatness on Torah and Mitzvot!
