In an episode I recently watched, I was appalled at the behavior of team leader and daughter of the head choreographer. It was a totally classless moment which should have been handled one on one with the trainee. It was regarding something the leader had overheard someone else say they heard the trainee say. Another leader joined the attack and team management supported this inexcusable behavior. It was despicable that the team leader stood there with a smile while she attacked. So much for the class this organization has been known and respected for. Lost a little of my respect for them after this episode.
