What I wonder is why was this called Miami Vice? I'm not asking for an origins movie, but with all the charisma that Colin Farrell has, he's not even close to the Sonny Crockett we saw on TV. I don't get why he's suddenly so attracted to Isabella, played by Gong Li (it happens way too fast), I don't see an explanation of how his character works. Plus, I don't see chemistry between Farrell and Jamie Foxx. It's like meh...If they tell me that it's another action movie by Michael Mann about undercover cops, maybe, just maybe, I would've liked it more. However, if he associated this product to such an iconic brand like Miami Vice, this movie is quite boring.
