This book help me to see a lot of things in a different way.
In this book James trying to teach us about different ways to form habits and how those habits can change our life.
He also differentiate good habit and bad habit. He teaches us how you can form good habit and how you can eliminate bad habits by great real life examples which helps to understand the concepts very easily.
I am not a frequent reader I almost never complete any book but this book hook me in a different way and i completed it in no time.
