I do think it is more geared towards men/fathers but I enjoyed it very much. Re-reading the scripture and thinking what it means to you personally was something that is challenging to do. Excellent reading choice for any Catholic Men's Club and a great "shower gift" for any young man about to be married or one who has received another type of call from Jesus.
