Warp Weft

Pitiful and lazy writing leads to pathetic and idiotic character choices and acting. There are too many useless plot points and regretfully poor decision making. Masters of suspense and horror would likely find this movie extremely surface level in its “tricks” and “jumps”. I found the backstory of who lives in the house interesting and wish it had just started and ended with that but they threw the backstory of the movie right in the middle of the film bizarre choice. Should have been at the beginning. The “woman” who was a demon supposedly the incestuous child or grandchild of the guy in the backstory? It’s unclear and that’s why this film fails. There are too many things that aren’t clear and that’s why the writing is lazy and pitiful. It’s also why the characters make absolutely THE WORST decisions you would ever imagine. This film was not scary or interesting. It was stupid.
