I'm honestly shocked at how this movie did- I had low expectations, but somehow, by the grace of the DC God, this movie seemed to somehow stoop under the bar that was lower than I've ever put a bar for a movie. This was by far one of the worst movies I've seen in a long time, and that's saying a lot. To start, the plot was such a dry plot, and near the end the plot got so bad that I genuinely thought I was having a fever dream (yeah, that's how bad it got in the end). Second, the writing in general was below mid, with it being good in some parts but awful in others. I have a feeling that they just asked a group of middle schoolers what kind of jokes would be funny, added some spaghetti (if you know you know) and then just wrote extra dialogue to fill in the gaps. But by far the worst thing I have for this movie is the CGI. Now, usually I don't judge a movie based on bad CGI, but because this movie took as long as it did to make, I'm genuinely annoyed at how terrible the CGI is. There are several shots that clearly could've been made better with just a little bit more effort, and there were even a few scenes (mainly the running scenes) that were awful before the CGI, and the CGI only made it worse. If you haven't seen this movie, count yourself lucky, because I rarely have regrets after watching a movie, but this this was by far a massive waste of my time. Definitely do not recommend.
