Had first read this book while undergoing the professional course, MOUNTAIN WARFARE Ser 45 in 1983. Had me wonderstruck on the vast difference between the quality of Indian Army Officers and those of US Army. They could not survive without chocolates, TV and women! Whereas, we are doctrined and motivated to be in the tents with troops!!!
