I have just listened to the hosts talking about the NHS. Janet and Denise are so right. There is far too many managers of this,that and the other. They are paid far more than the actual workers on the " shop floor ". And so true that they haven't got a clue what happens on said shop floor. I have worked for the NHS and the money that is wasted is appalling. I also have a relative that is a nurse and the things she has told me about what happens behind the scenes is awful. I have seen pictures she has taken of piled up meal trays etc. And this in a hospital that has glowing reports. Its atrocious.
