If you think H stands for only Harry, you need to buckle your seat belts and get ready for another H – Haroun Khalifa. He is the son of the Shah of Blah. But, one day, when his mother ran away with the clerk Mr Sengupta, his father forgets his stories and many bad things happen, Haroun needs to save his father’s reputation. So, away he goes with Butt the Hoopoe and Iff the Water genie. Follow Haroun around the second moon of the Earth – Kahani for a truly heart warming and interesting read. I loved reading this story as it was full of so many new things I had never ever imagined. My favourite character in this story is Blabbermouth, the page. She was very much like me. The best part of the story was when the author was describing the other moon of Earth, Kahani. Yes, the story was kind of predictable, but it was covered up by the beautiful descriptions and lucid language. Totally recommended for 8-10 year olds. I will give it a 4 out of 5 star rating.
