It was interesting on many levels but also some of the episodes in season 2 dragged on and I fast forwarded and skipped some scenes. Given how everyone is so attached to their phones, technology and social media today, and how algorithms run our lives something like a love alarm don’t seem far fetched. Also Kim Jo-Jo’s struggles were real and I had much empathy for her with coming to peace with her childhood trauma. That said, I also found her character annoying because I couldn’t understand her actions, particularly for the shield until the last episode of season 2. I blame that on the writers. In the end, she chose the man who she felt understood her best but she didn’t give the first guy a fair chance. She shielded her heart from him and never opened up to him honestly. I mean one day she said I love you to the guy and the next day I want nothing to do with you with no explanations until the last episode if season 2. But it’s a story and it was an okay story. Not good, not bad, just okay.
