It resonated with me. It was a beautiful story that made me cry because it touched on so many emotions and feelings I’ve experienced; “am I smart enough? Am I pretty enough? Am I thin enough? Am I perfect?” And my inevitable self-loathing and doubt because I fall short of my own expectations. While the movie does talk about “the patriarchy” It’s not about hating men or putting men down. It’s about finding out we (i.e men/Ken, women/Barbie, black, white, Asian) are all “enough”
