I just read the review of somebody who decided the minute they saw the Obamas produced it it couldn't be good. It seems like that reviewer didn't watch the movie and picked up plot lines from someone else's review but then managed to mix up everything. The boy didn't get sick from radiation. Characters did not turn on each other slowly, if anything the situation brought them together. There were some unlikable characters or unlikable aspects of certain characters that you came to understand and they came to understand themselves. It was very well written, the dialogue was excellent, as was the acting. It wasn't a cheery movie. It was thought-provoking. If you're looking for action-packed, or an ending that wraps everything up with a nice neat little bow. This is not your movie. I'm giving it five stars for all the reasons above. Additionally one review keeps popping up where they say "avoid it like the plague." All of the many people who are sharing this particular review in their one-star ratings preface it by saying they have to share this review using EXACTLY the same words. It's as if a number of people colluded to drag the rating down.
