How is this Esposito’s first go as director? There is synergy, beauty, and nuance. The script is solid but, wow, the acting is superb! Desperation is palpable. The layers of disassociation run deep. I love when actors direct; it hits different. Hollywood, take notes. Bader and A’zion are stellar and Sciorra shines. Brava, Ms. Esposito.
