Shaka Zulu was & still is our favourite movie of all times. Till this day I’m still in awe of the old movie series. But I must confess, Shaka Ilembe ticks all the right boxes, number ONE being very detailed of the onset of Shaka Zulus lineage. For once Nandi and Senzakhonas story is rightfully depicted as a Romeo & Juliet story instead of a deceitful Nandi that was occultic. I just love the production, the most talented and “eye candy” cast. It’s truly an amazing depiction of Shaka and his Zulu lineage👌🏽
