Brian Degitz

The film loses track of subplots and has lackluster performances by the cast. Several moments are ruined by the lack of emotion or surprise during otherwise hairy or hilarious moments. Furthermore, Jack is shown to be very inept as a spy after the previous films showed him being quite adept. Not worth the time. Waste of talented actors.
