ʙᴇɢᴀᴍ ɴɪʟᴏғᴀʀ

The show is everything I hoped it would be. It has the mystery, thrill going on along with a few romances here and there which are presented in the best way possible. I had watched the first 2 episodes last year but gave up on the show, because I thought the good girl pairing with the bad guy trope was gonna take the centre stage in this show, and that seemed very cliché. But I couldn't be more wrong. As the show progresses, it balances every trope in the most entertaining way so that the viewers wouldn't get bored. I have seen a few shows where they would drag out the story line and every single trope and make it unbearable. But this show maintains the right pace throughout. The only drawback I felt was the climax. I felt like the entirety of those thrilling events should have ended in a slightly better way. I am yet to watch the second season. Hope it is similar to or better than the first season.

I hate to say this but I just wasted 2 hours of my life watching this movie. My review is not directed towards those artsy viewers, but to people like me who searched for a thriller movie and came across this one. I like thriller movies that are gripping, and true to their description "thriller". The one line for this movie made it seem like a survival thriller and finally sabotaging the "system". Even when I started to watch it, the setting was a strong one. It had every chance to become a "thriller" movie. Instead (SPOILER ALERT) we watch the main character do nothing for 2 hours, like literally that's what it is. But yes, in the final 10 minutes something happens WHICH leads nowhere. I get it when people are saying this is about the "society" and how competitive this world is. I get all of that. And that's exactly what this movie is. A documentary about society. Not a "thriller" movie. So anyone who's gonna watch this believing it'd be a great thriller, like me, no it's not. It's an award movie with above average acting. Hope this reaches the right audience.
