Honestly I had really high expectations to watch this show since I myself am an Indian raised here in America. The show really made me feel nothing but sad. It has a non existential plot, and uses all the stereotypical things about my culture. I thought id feel better about my culture watching this show since Indians face so much racism here in America, but i was so disappointed. If the main character can't even respect her own culture, how do you expect others to. Adding to that, of course they had to add the Indian accents, arrange marriages and more negative stereotypes about my culture rather than adding new positive things people could learn about my culture. I'm sorry but this show was a disappointment and i hope people from my school dont watch it
