I love stories of death, the science behind it and what led to it - celebrities or not - and this show delivers.
The good doctor (Michael Hunter) is a great speaker who draws me in to his every word and clearly (and accurately) translates common and uncommon medical/pharmacological processes/actions/situations into understandable/sensible laymen's terms. The narrator has a great/mesmerizing voice (I've heard him before). The recurring Dr. Linda Papadopoulos (Celebrity Fit Club), I've always found very attractive for some reason beyond her physical beauty, with a great speaking voice and has a way of humanizing or personalizing the subjects beyond any strictly medical information. Individuals who were actually close to the subjects appear and add additional information that provides some additional background/details.
Overall, I think it is well done and goes way beyond any sort of tabloid-like "dirt" digging or shaming of the subjects. I believe the common person can actually learn some things that may be relevant to themselves or someone in their life as well as clearing up "rumors" or the way society always told you why/how these people died.
