I found Minari slow, predictable, uninspired, and highly overrated. Yes the cinematography and sound are lovely but the plot is boring and predictable and the bonds between the family while strong and inspiring were not out of the realm of a close family trying to make it.
The Grandmother’s character is fun but her performance also highly overrated!
