Its a great work of satire. How complex things can be presented in a light manner. Modiji should also watch this. ;) Its really a very good film on real story of not just one man in UP's village but of all common men in india fighting against the lackadaisical nature of indian public servants who do not have integrity & accountability of their work and how the complete system is setup in a way that doesn't accept its own mistakes.
