Awe inspiring, vintage cinematic adventure! It's completely understandable why it's been deemed 'Quenetin's Love Letter To Hollywood.' You truly feel like you're right there, fully immersed in the late 60's and early 70's. Am still dumbfounded at the tremendous expense and attention to detail, even down to a single shot of that great vintage Taco Bell exterior. Not a bad Thespian in the bunch, and once again Quentin Tarantino has embraced the Senior Statesmen and women of the biz, always showing respect for those who came before him. (Never tire of hearing a well planted Bernard Herrmann homage either) The ending completely threw me, and yet didn't. How imaginative to end one of the nastiest, ugliest chapters in Hollywood history on an up note. Can't wait for a re-screening of this one.
