Great actors but the story lacked any continuity, the plot was all over the place. God knows why they brought in a Lesbian FBI Agent. The spoiler of Al Pachino being the Wolf was just as unbeliveable as a plot to kill all the minorities' with corn syrup. Many talented artists but no real plot to act to. The closing scenes where bunk. How the hell did they ever sell this story?
