Shaun Williams

I like the show but man it's hard to watch Josh on it. It's a good thing he works for his parents because I don't think he would be employable to anyone else. I would like to see him start a business by himself with a bunch of new equipment purchased by himself. I honestly can't believe he still has all of his teeth. If that place ever gets handed down Hopefully it's to the other brother. Josh likes the idea of being a 3rd generation jade miner but he's not really, the only reason he's there is because he gets babied so much. He keeps saying how young he is and how inexperienced he is. A big part if that is do to him and his attitude. Would you put a 6 year old that has non stop temper tantrums in a piece of $100,000+ equipment? I know I wouldn't. I would put that kid on a golf car and make him the water boy. He's not stupid, but he has a terrible temper, bad attitude, and thinks he's the one with the money running the show. His goal everyday is 100 percent at 100 mph with whatever he thinks or is on his mind. I love watching the show, I feel bad for the other employees that have to put up with his garbage. Lol. Worth watching. If you've been raised the right way you will eventually get sick of watching Josh on the show.
