Compellingly presented facts, evidence, and reflection. The Steeles seem to want to make us see things from multiple points of view, and the end result is that it's hard to fault the police in this incident, based on facts. But the film doesn't seem to blame anyone or take sides,
so much as ask us to check our assumptions at the door, and care about the truth, analyze communities in need with fresh eyes, and fight for actual justice, versus socially- and politically-stoked outrage without facts.
